Getting Started & Onboarding
To get started, call our wholesale warehouse at: 1(800) 221- 1198 ext. 105. Ask to speak to our Wholesale Sales Representative, Craig. He’ll be able to answer any questions that you might have about our wholesale services and provide the necessary information to get you started.
Then, you’ll need to fill out and complete our new wholesaler paperwork, provide references and fill out a credit information request. Once we’ve vetted your business, you’re set to get started on your first order.
Browsing Our Collections
After you’re approved as a verified wholesaler, we’ll deliver our professional catalog to your location so your customers can browse our collection and decide on their attire. Our catalog is also available online here.
Placing Orders for Customers
Placing a wholesale order is simple. Just call our warehouse and speak to one of our sales representatives. We’ll pull up your account and get your order submitted. After that, your order will be on its way to fulfillment. We do encourage wholesalers to get their orders in as soon as possible. However, same-week rentals are available for rushes.
Deliveries & Returns
Deliveries are made the week of the event. We’ve never missed a delivery time and strive to get deliveries to you and your customers as quickly as possible. As long as you spend $100 or more for the week, we’ll take care of all shipping costs.
Returns
We pay for return shipping. Rentals must be back by the following Wednesday after the event. We include RS labels with each shipment.
