Our Shipping & Return Policy

For United States Domestic Orders: Orders placed before midday on weekdays (Monday through Friday) will typically ship within 24 hours of the order placement. Suppose you place an order after noon Monday through Friday; you can expect your order to be shipped out 24 to 48 hours after order placement on the next business day (if a holiday interrupts the typical business week).

If you place an order on a weekend or a recognized company holiday, your order will be fulfilled on the next following business day. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and shipping method selected. During the holiday season or peak sales season, shipping times may vary. You will receive a shipping update regarding your order via email once your order has shipped.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill international orders at this time. If you have questions about our international shipping policy, please email [email protected], and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy: Customers must request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. For items to be eligible for a return, they must be in the same condition you received. Orders eligible for return must also be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with tags attached. We also require customers to provide their purchase receipt and proof of purchase.

To submit an item for return, please email us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive an email with your return shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, nor will a refund be provided until return procedures are followed.

Exchanges: For exchanges, please request a return by emailing [email protected] and state with the email that you would like to exchange an item from your order. We will evaluate your request and contact you with details on how to proceed.

Once we’ve received your exchange or return, we will inspect your items and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 1 to 2 weeks of your refund being approved (due to credit card processing timelines).
