When should I reserve my wedding tuxedo or suit rental?
We recommend reserving your wedding party attire at least 3–6 months before the wedding date. This provides plenty of time for coordinating styles, colors, fittings, and any special requests. BUT unlike our competitors, if you find yourself in a predicament where you need a last-minute rental, we can absolutely accommodate you.
When should groomsmen get measured?
We recommend all members of the wedding party be measured at least 6–8 weeks before the wedding date. We’ll make sure to send reminders to you and your wedding party to keep everyone on track and organized leading up to your wedding.
We have groomsmen who live out of town. Can Rondinelli Tuxedo still accommodate our wedding?
Yes! Out-of-town groomsmen can have measurements taken by a local formalwear provider or tailor. They can also use our online guide to submit measurements! Then they’ll submit their sizes to us online or by calling the location where you registered your wedding. We do this frequently for customers and wedding parties, so don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.
Remember that we house all of our inventory locally, so if groomsmen need replacement pieces for their rental suit or tuxedo, we can have new pieces sent the same day or the next day to ensure they look perfect on the wedding day.
Does the groom receive any special pricing or incentives?
We frequently offer special pricing throughout the year! So, follow us on social media, and keep an eye out for any special promotions we’re offering throughout the year. Can we match colors with bridesmaid dresses?
Of course! We offer an extensive collection of accessory colors to accommodate any wedding party colors or requirements. We offer vests, bow ties, cummerbunds, suspenders, and neck ties.
When should I reserve my prom tuxedo or suit?
We recommend coming in to reserve your prom suit or tuxedo at least a month before your prom. But like with wedding rentals, we can always accommodate customers at the last minute as well.
How much does a tuxedo rental cost?
Our tuxedo rentals currently cost $199.99. This cost includes all of the following: coat, pants, shirt, tie, accessories, and shoes!
If you’re curious about an industry average, customers can assume to spend anywhere from $200 to $350 for a standard tuxedo rental.
How much does a suit rental cost?
Suit rentals currently cost $169.99. This cost includes all of the following: coat, pants, shirt, tie, accessories, and shoes!
When visiting a competitor, customers can expect to pay between $190 and $275 for a standard suit rental.
Can you purchase a suit or tuxedo at Rondinelli Tuxedo?
Yes! We offer a wide range of suits, tuxedos, and accessories for purchase at all of our retail locations. Additionally, wedding party members can choose between renting and purchasing their suits or tuxedos.
What if I lose or damage part of my rental?
If a rental garment is returned damaged, customers will incur an $8.50 damage fee for repair and/or cleaning. If you lose your rental, you’ll be charged the full price to replace the garment in question.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome at all Rondinelli Tuxedo locations. Appointments are available for customers who prefer a more personalized consultation.
How long does a suit or tuxedo fitting usually take?
Suit or tuxedo fittings typically take only about 15 minutes.
What happens if my tuxedo or suit doesn’t fit when I pick it up?
Don’t worry at all! It’s very common for some of your rental pieces not to fit perfectly during your first try-on. We’ll order any replacement pieces from our local warehouse and have new sizes for you at our store the same day or the next day for pickup.
When do rentals need to be returned?
Customers need to return their rental on the immediate business day following the event. Our staff will make sure to reiterate your required return date for your rental. Rentals not returned on time will incur a $30 late fee.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Absolutely! If you change your mind about styles, colors, or accessories, you can change your rental any time. Call our location, and our staff will make the necessary adjustments to your order.
Can I purchase instead of rent?
Yes — most of our styles are available to purchase as well. Inquire about purchasing when you visit us in-store!
